Website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect information about your browser, device, approximate location, pages visited and interactions. Our custom events can record use of the trip planner, including trip type, selected destination and traveller-count category. We do not intentionally send your name, email address or departure date to Google Analytics.
Cookie preference
We store your analytics choice locally in your browser so the site can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.
Messages you send
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, name, company and message. Do not send medical records, payment card details or policy passwords.
Technical hosting data
The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request and security information as part of providing its hosting service under its own privacy terms.

Legal bases

Service providers may process limited information for us, including Google for consented analytics, GitHub for website hosting and Google/Gmail for email communications. We do not sell personal information.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, providers use recognised transfer safeguards. Their own privacy notices explain their processing locations and safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics settings, and aggregated reports may remain after identifying data has been removed.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. Email your request to the controller. We may need to verify your identity.
Complaints
If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. You may also contact the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
We will update this notice when the website, partners or data practices materially change.
